When UMR administers your benefits you are automatically a member of their online portal.

Using the online portal allows you to access your personal information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You receive answers to common questions such as "Has my claim been paid?" or "Has my deductible been met?" at your convenience with the click of a button.

Their member portal is safe and secure. UMR has taken every precaution to ensure your privacy and to protect your personal health information.

How Do I Sign On?

  • First, access the website at: www.umr.com
  • Then click on “login/Register”.
  • Select “Member”.

First time users need to create an account. To do that, click on the “Click here to register” link and simply fill out the user agreement, and confirm your identity.

Once you have logged on, you can verify coverage that is accurate within 48 hours, check on the status of your claim(s) or verify accumulator information for you and your minor dependents. The personalized benefits Help Desk will help you along the way.

Available Information
The following detailed information is available to you when you log on to the website for Claim Status Information:

  • The date of the service
  • The amount of the charge(s)
  • Name of the provider
  • The amount paid
  • The date your claim was paid and to whom the check was sent
  • If the claim is pending additional information
  • Effective date of coverage
  • Termination date (if applicable)
  • Current Coverage
